It depends on the type and size, but as a guide: aluminium and vertical blinds start from around R400–R550 per m², roller blinds from about R450 per m², wood and Roman blinds from roughly R900–R1,200 per m², and plantation shutters from around R2,800 per m². Are your blinds made to measure?
Yes — every blind is manufactured to your exact window sizes for a precise fit with no light gaps. We do not sell off-the-shelf sizes. We also offer supply-only if you prefer to fit the blinds yourself.
How long does it take to get blinds installed?
Most made-to-measure blinds are manufactured and fitted within 7–14 working days of you approving the quote. Custom shutters take longer, usually 3–6 weeks. We confirm a firm date when we measure.
Do you install blinds or only supply them?
Both. We offer a full supply-and-install service with our own fitters, or supply-only with measuring instructions if you would rather fit them yourself to save on installation.
Which blinds are best for the Cape Town coast and sun?
For coastal, salt-air windows we recommend powder-coated aluminium, faux-wood or PVC, which resist corrosion. For sun control without losing the view, sunscreen roller and vertical fabrics block up to 95% of UV. We advise on the best fit for each room at the measure.
Do you make outdoor blinds for patios and the wind?
Yes — our clear PVC and shade-mesh outdoor blinds with wind-rated tracks are designed for the Cape southeaster, turning an exposed patio or braai area into a usable space all year.
